Order Cancellations:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
However, if the order has already been processed, communicated to the vendor/merchant, or dispatched for shipping, the cancellation request will not be accepted.
Return and Exchange Policy:
Vmart does not offer refunds under any circumstances once the order has been processed.
Only exchange requests will be considered for eligible items that are found to be defective or damaged.
To initiate an exchange, customers must send an email to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product, along with clear pictures showing the defect or damage.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer are not eligible for exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
Certain categories of products/items may not be eligible for exchange. Such categories will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.
Process After Return/Exchange Approval:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If the item passes the quality check, an exchange will be processed as per Vmart’s policy.
Manufacturer Warranty Products:
For items covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are requested to contact the manufacturer directly for service or replacement.
