Vmart Cancellation, Exchange, and No Refund Policy

Vmart values its customers and strives to provide a seamless shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to order cancellations, exchanges, and the company’s no-refund policy.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations will be accepted only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
  • Once the order has been processed, confirmed with the vendor, or dispatched for shipping, cancellation will not be possible.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted through our Customer Support Team at the earliest.

2. Exchange Policy (No Refund Policy)

  • Vmart does not provide refunds under any circumstances once the order has been processed or shipped.
  • Exchanges are permitted only for defective or damaged items, subject to verification by our support team.
  • Customers must send an exchange request email within 7 days of receiving the product, including:
    • Order details
    • Clear pictures of the defective or damaged product
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Products purchased on sale, clearance, or special promotions are not eligible for exchange.

3. Non-Exchangeable Categories

Certain product categories may be excluded from exchange eligibility due to hygiene, safety, or manufacturer restrictions. These exclusions will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.


4. Conditions for Exchange Approval

An exchange will be processed only if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  2. The product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
  3. The product passes the inspection and quality check by the Vmart Team.
  4. The issue is not caused by customer mishandling, misuse, or damage after delivery.

If the product meets all the above criteria, a replacement product will be dispatched in accordance with Vmart’s standard procedures.


5. Manufacturer Warranty Products

Products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty are not eligible for exchange through Vmart. Customers are requested to contact the manufacturer directly for service, repair, or replacement.
